- Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full session charge.
Package or Program Cancellations
- If you are enrolled in a program or package:
- Cancellation Before Start: A full refund will be issued if notice is given at least 7 days before the program begins.
- After Program Start: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used, minus an administrative fee of 20% of the total package cost.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis.
