  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full session charge.

Package or Program Cancellations

  • If you are enrolled in a program or package:
  1. Cancellation Before Start: A full refund will be issued if notice is given at least 7 days before the program begins.
  2. After Program Start: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions used, minus an administrative fee of 20% of the total package cost.
