About Anna-Maria

My name is Anna-Maria and I am a sports scientist and a certified Yoga teacher (Kashish Yoga, Drummond Education). I welcome you to join me in a transformative journey of mind, body, and spirit through the combination of different asanas-poses and enjoy Vinyasa yoga classes! 


In each session, I weave a seamless flow of postures, synchronized with conscious breathwork, to create a dynamic and invigorating experience. Every class combines a dynamic flow of breath work, balanced and seated asanas, sun salutations, and reversed poses along with a relaxing savasana section at the end.
