Anna-Maria will run with you an initial health assessment and then she will develop a personalized exercise plan, based on your needs. You can either do 1:1 sessions with her or you can book group training sessions with your partner or your friends. The sessions will have the form of high intensity interval trainings and they will be adjusted to the group’s or the person’s skills levels. Anna-Maria will include on your plan a variety of exercises, so you can work out all the muscle groups and she will combine aerobic exercise with flexibility, agility and speed. Your programme and your improvement will be assessed once a month, so that the exercise plan can be adjusted. The aim is to see improvement on your energy levels, strength, endurance and flexibility, concentration and overall skills.
